This is a short demonstration of the new silverbullet-based physics engine of Maxon Cinema 4D 12 Studio.
The Dynamics module is now separated from Mograph 2.
So the Mograph cache tag is not necessary for baking the dynamic motion anymore.
Dynamics 2 has a global baking function.
To make the ball fall that slow, I could have set the gravity to a low level. But that wouldn´t slow down the behavior of the ball material.
So right option for this is the >time scale< function in the global dynamics settings. They can be found in the attributes manager. There is a little arrow pointing up in the top bar of the attribute manager. Press it until the dynamics tab appears.
Created and rendered with cinema 4D 12.
setting scene: 20 minutes.
render time: 3 hours
