The button by default surfs the page on which it is located and is 500px in width and 25px in height.
These parameters can be changed by passing parameters to the button via JSON-encoded object in data-surf-config or rel attributes.
The following parameters are recognized: url, layout (button appearance, 'common', 'common-nocount', 'vert', 'micro' or 'icon'), width and height. url may be useful if you want to place several buttons on a single page (e.g., for a list of articles) or when you want to refer to a single address on several pages (e.g., for a multi-page article). By default, width and height are considered to be set in pixels, but you can also use em, % units or explicitly define the px: '25em', '70%', '350px'.
The script only needs to be inserted into the page once, even if you are using several buttons, but it must be placed AFTER all buttons.
If you insert the script several times, nothing terrible will happen.
